Mr Nice Guy Captures a Big Mirror

43 year old Lyndon Barrett from Berkshire has captured two carp, a common and a mirror for a total weight of 92lb 6ozs from the Wasing Estate Cranwells fishery. The mirror weighed in at 55lb 8ozs and the common at 36lb 14ozs. Lyndon's tackle set up was Free spirit 3lb TC HI-S rods, Shimano baby big pits 5500 XTB's, GR60 Line 15lb, Atomic Jelly wire hook link to a Korda Curved hook size 4.

Lyndon fished several after work sessions starting on Tuesday afternoon arriving at 3pm leaving at 9.30am the following morning, with his rods clipped up for his next session after work on Wednesday. He arrived at 11pm, fishing through until 11am the next day. On Thursday he arrived at midnight. Again the rods were clipped up from his previous session so he could quickly to find his spots in the dark. After introducing a bucket of Hinders Nutz Sludge spod mix with a PVA bag over the top of the feed. He used Perfection Ground baits Boilies and Pellets in the bags.
