Catch of Crucians for Pallatrax Man

Pallatrax sales executive and big fish angler Paul Smyth had a great days fishing at Marsh farm Surrey with crucians weighing in at 2lb 10oz, 2lb 12oz, 3lb 4oz, 3lb 5oz, 3lb 6oz. Paul fished a small inline stonze as a method feeder wrapped in Pallatrax method mix with a 4 inch fluorocarbon hook link.
Three of the crucians fell to a small Drennan hook with an imitation caster threaded up the shank then tipped with two red maggot. The the other two crucians were caught on a critically balanced piece of plastic corn on a No.10 Pallatrax hook and 4lb Maxima mainline.
Paul's previous best crucian weighed 2lb 2oz. Certainly a super catch of crucian for one of anglings Mr nice guys. The next day Paul fished the Kennet and Avon canal fishing with a whip Paul put together a big
catch of roach best at 1-4-0 tench 3-8-0 bream and a perch of 3-1-0
