Lady Angler hooks up to a possible world record Redfish

Cady Holtkamp a 29 years old who lives in Key West Florida. with her boyfriend Captain Will Benson. Visited New Orleans to hunt the big redfish in the Mississippi Delta. Will went to College in New Orleans and often fished with top area guide Capt Greg Arnold. Will knowing Greg been on big fish for several years had called and asked if he and Cady could fish with him which Greg agreed to. The weather stopped them from fishing their first scheduled 2 of 3 days. Then Greg had to leave for the 3 day fly fishing show in New Jersey. Greg's friend Captain Travis Holeman then had Cady and Will on board his boat. They went back to the spot where Greg had found the big fish. Within 30 minutes Cady hooked the big fish,just as the tide started moving, As Cady fought the fish with advice from Travis, Will was shooting pictures and trying not to get too excited. With deep water close by the fish decided that was the place to seek sanctuary, the fish got into the backing 3 times because of the drag settings and tippet class were only 8lbs. But eventually the fish was boated.
