TRUST DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Salary in excess of £20,000, negotiable subject to experience.

The Ribble Catchment Conservation Trust is a small voluntary charitable organisation devoted to the conservation and improvement of all rivers, watercourses and banksides within the catchment.
This is the first appointment within the Trust, which intends to grow significantly over the next few years.
The purpose of this job is to raise the profile of the Trust and to take over some of the work hitherto carried out by the Trustees.

Key tasks include:
• To assist the Board of Trustees with the production of a catchment regeneration plan;
• To liaise with relevant local organisations;
• To work within a predominantly rural area; to liaise and provide advice to the agricultural community;
• To identify appropriate funding streams and prepare and submit applications.
