Prince Albert Angling Society Open Day
Sunday June 10th is the Prince Albert Angling Society open day on the banks of the River Ribble at Ribchester. The event is open to everyone and it’s all free including parking. You will get the chance of learning how to cast a fly, learn the art of Wallis casting and get some tips on Spey casting. An excellent team of speakers are lined up including Kevin Green on carp fishing, The Piking Pirate from Southport Gord Burton who was a recent guest on At the Water's Edge programme will be giving a talk as will another. recent guest on the programme Eric Edwards who will be discussing tench and bream fishing. Chris Leibbrandt is travelling up from Gloucestershire to discuss lure fishing..
There will also be a demonstration on making the perfect mash bread ground bait and cheese paste without all the hassle.

10-0am Kevin Green will discuss carp fishing .
11-0am Eric Edwards discussing tench and bream fishing
12 noon Chris Leibbrandt will be travelling up from Gloucestershire to discuss lure fishing.
1-30pm The Piking Pirate from Southport Gord Burton will be Gord Burton
2-30pm Martin James on making mashed bread and cheese paste
